Frequently Asked Questions

1. What time will you arrive to my wedding?
We normally arrive 1 hour prior to the event in order to setup the equipment.

2. How many cameras do you use?
We use 2 cameras to film your wedding. This allows for more angles to be captured during the service.

3. Will I be able to hear my vows?
We use a wireless lapel microphone to capture the dialogue between the bride, groom and wedding official. The wireless microphone is concealed from view and is worn primarily by the groom.

4. Will your cameras be a distraction to our guest?
Our cameras are generally placed in areas which are not a distraction to your guest. We use some of the best quality cameras available today. These cameras have the ability to zoom in from a long length to capture a pristine image. At Final Touch, we feel since you have hired us to capture your wedding that it is our job to capture the best image. So, if a guest is distracting the view of the camera, we will try to reposition our cameras or politely ask your guest to move out of the camera shot.

5. I’m getting married between November and March. Do you offer a discount?
Yes. If you are getting married between the months of November through March, we offer a $100 discount from our regular pricing packages.

6. Where can I see samples of your weddings?
You can view video samples here on our website. Just select the “Wedding Videos” link and scroll to the bottom of the page or you can click here.

7. If I want additional DVD’s of the wedding, how much does it cost?
You will receive two DVD’s with your wedding package. If you need additional DVD’s, you can purchase them for $10 (each additional copy).
